I made these icons originally to be displayed on imptwitch.com and the different animations were the various hover states.
I ultimately abandoned the design halfway through but the icons were fun to animate.

Phunware Customer Posters
In late November 2013 Phunware moved into it’s new open office space in North Austin. I was tasked to create wall art to line the interior of our office hallways. The idea was to visually treat our visiting customers as well as showcase our portfolio of past and current partnering brands.
Our VP of Creative really liked the idea of a minimalistic movie poster concept so I tried to keep the visuals true to those confines.

Illustration exercise. I imagine Wreck-It-Ralph might happen across this little licorice bean if he ventured far enough into different realms within the Sugar Rush universe.
Illustration exercise and animation test. I love space! Created with Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop.
"You're the apple bottom of my eye."
Hope you have a cheeky Valentine's Day!
Illustration exercise. Happy food makes a Happy Chinese Year!
A Lego self portrait of myself back when I had bright pink hair for a few months in 2012. This was an exercise to try to achieve that "gummy" texture using only Illustrator to render the highlights.
Illustration and animation exercise. Doug's not very good with the ladies.
Senator Movie Posters
These posters were completed during the first semester of my senior year at the Maryland Institute College of Art. The prompt was to create a series of posters that followed a consistent grid system and color scheme without taking away from the plot and messaging of each film. I picked three movies from very different genres of film to test: A romanticized WWII cult film, a utopian science fiction action film, and a British biopic.
